Our Vision is in Our Name
- Faith - Because faith is what our covenant is built on. Everything we receive in the New Covenant is by God's grace through our faith. We talk a lot about what faith is, what it is not, and how to live by faith.
- Life - Because church should always present the Word of God in such a way that we can apply it to our daily lives. We talk a lot about life, about family, about marriage, about finances. We are a very family-friendly church.
- Worship - Because we were created to worship God. FLWC is a worshiping church! Pastor Heath was a worship pastor for 25 years and understands the power and purpose of corporate worship.
- Center - Because Jesus is at the center of it all, and because the church should be a center where people can go to meet Him. The church should be a center where peoples' needs can be met, not an afterthought.
What to Expect
We're not a stuffy church. Dress comfortably. This is southwest Florida, so don't be surprised if you see people in shorts. If you wear a superhero t-shirt, you just might match Pastor Heath!
The atmosphere here is exciting. It's fun. It's energetic. The music is contemporary. The people are friendly. The pastor is too! Bring a smile with you, and you'll fit right in. If you can't seem to find your smile lately, we'll see what we can do about that as well.
We're a Spirit-filled church. We believe in worshiping God in Spirit and in truth. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit. We believe in loving God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength...and loving others as ourselves.
In other words, we believe the Bible!
