Our staff & volunteers make all the difference. We are blessed with an exceptional Pastoral leadership team that serves with humility, passion, and a heart for people. We have several Dream Teams that faithfully volunteer each week to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, loved, and encouraged. Through the commitment of our staff and volunteers, we've built more than a church—we've become a true family that genuinely enjoys worshiping together, serving together, and sharing life through events, fellowship, and meaningful relationships. We are excited as God continues to grow our church family.

This is a story of two amazing churches, both rooted in "Faith". In 2018, Pastor Heath and Louise Jarvis began Faith Life Worship Center, a faith-based church located in central Naples.  Across town, during the days of the global Covid pandemic in 2021, together with their children, Pastors Andre and Jenny Roebert planted Faith Church Naples, a faith-based church. In 2024, these two churches merged, bringing together an even more powerful group of believers to carry on the vision. In 2026, we became Faith Life Naples.

We desire to build upon our call to worship, our desire to grow in God’s word, and our goal to invest in the next generation. We do this by encouraging God’s people to enter into His presence, celebrating together as saints in His goodness and glory, sitting under the anointing of the words of Truth, and fellowshiping with others. It creates community and builds up the body of Christ to ultimately see Our City Saved, Our Nation Changed.
